I have over ten years of experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, litigation and data privacy. I have a Masters in corporate law (Wellington) and a doctorate in contract law (Humboldt), and am particularly interested in legal issues relating to the use  and development of new technologies and data privacy. I have the necessary skills to assist international SME clients with problems in the German legal system. My approach to client liaison is one that involves active listening and collaboration in order to find practical and creative solutions to my clients’ legal problems.
